CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading FMCG company with a long history of success here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Brand Manager, you will develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business and market share objectives. As part of your role, you will plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, working closely with the Sales Team. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who hold previous Brand Management experience within the FMCG sector. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, medical insurance, provident fund, and company car.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business and market share objectives.
• Manage and monitor brand performance, sales, and marketing KPIs.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure effective ROI on marketing investments.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong brands.
