Business Processes Analyst
CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail & Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaka and Pafos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Business Processes Analyst, based at Larnaka International Airport.
Role
Documentation, analysis and optimization of the organization’s business and operational processes. As a member of the MIS & Processes Team, the Analyst focuses on understanding existing workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Process Mapping and Documentation
- Understand, document and map current business processes, including inputs, outputs, dependencies and key activities
- Develop clear process flow diagrams and visual presentations to illustrate workflows and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain a centralised knowledge base containing all the key business processes across the organisation
- Participate in the design, modification and introduction of new or updated business processes
· Data Collection and Analysis
Collect and analyse process performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, quantify improvements, and track progress over time.
· Recommendations and Solutions
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance productivity based on analysis and industry’s best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact and effectiveness.
· GDPR and Risk Register
- Support the maintenance of GDPR compliance and contribute to the ongoing management and updating of the organization’s Risk Register.
Person Specification – Requirements of the Role
· University degree in Business-related subjects, Operations Management or a relevant field
· Two (2) years of experience in a similar role
· Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational objectives and priorities
· Master’s degree and/or knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI) will be considered an advantage
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive process improvements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration, in Greek and English
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Strong written reporting and presentation delivery skills
· Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
· Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the role
