This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers at the rental desk with reservations and vehicle rentals
Promoting and selling Europcar products and services
Providing high-quality customer care before, during, and after rental
Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Good knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Computer literacy
Previous experience in sales or customer service will be considered an advantage
