Cashier
Job Description
Are you passionate about hospitality and excellent customer service? St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our resort.
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide a warm, professional, and friendly service to guests and team members.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at designated cash points.
- Ensure proper cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash at the end of shifts.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and security.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
