Catercom Catering, one of the largest and most thoroughly organized catering companies, active for more than 15 years in Cyprus, in the organization of high calibre events and part of the biggest restaurant organization in Cyprus, the PHC Franchised Restaurants Public LTD, is offering a unique opportunity for experienced candidates for the position of Catering Sales Executive at our Head Office in Nicosia.  

The Role:

• Ensure all company policies, procedures and standards relating to Catering Sales Department
• Respond to customers’ needs based on the type of event they need and develop specific offers
• Develop relationships with current and potential catering clients that facilitate growth of catering sales.
• Maintain accurate records and tracing system of files in company database of clients history and sales

• Communicate the execution team for the ‘Events Calendar’ on time and follow up on pending customers as well as past events

• Represent the brand and reputation to potential and existing catering prospects, vendors, etc.
• Develop relationships with both internal and external partners for optimal results

The candidate must have:

• Proven track record in a similar environment with excellent people skills and positive attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Confident working with budgetary and financial constrains
• Flexibility of working according to the needs of the business
• Customer service skills effective planning and organization skills
• Computer literate
