We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to strengthen our kitchen brigade.
You will be responsible for managing your section, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring consistent quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to company standards
Supervise and support junior staff
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Collaborate with senior chefs on menu development
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for food and attention to detail
