Match-Prime Liquidity is the institutional liquidity arm of Match-Trade Technologies.

We provide multi-asset liquidity solutions to brokers, prop firms and institutional clients globally.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial side of Match-Prime.

This is not a traditional sales leadership role. You will take ownership of the commercial performance of the business, work closely with our dealing team on client flow and pricing, manage key institutional relationships, and build the commercial function around you.

What you’ll do

• Own the commercial performance of Match-Prime, including revenue, trading volumes and growth of the institutional client base.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy across brokers, prop firms, hedge funds and other institutional clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing, including mark-ups, commission per million, credit and margin arrangements, within agreed parameters.
• Work closely with the dealing desk on client flow - deciding which flow we accept, under what commercial conditions, and when it needs to be repriced or declined.
• Personally manage selected strategic accounts and identify opportunities to increase volumes and share of wallet.
• Build a strong pipeline of new institutional business through your existing network, outbound activity, partnerships and industry events.
• Represent Match-Prime at key industry events, including iFX EXPO, Finance Magnates summits and other international conferences, as well as panels and interviews.
• Turn our market presence into measurable commercial opportunities and new business.
• Bring market intelligence back into the company, including competitor pricing, liquidity coverage, changing client requirements and emerging market opportunities.
• Work closely with dealing, compliance and senior management to ensure commercial activity remains within the regulatory framework.
• Help build and develop the commercial team as the business grows.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in the institutional FX/CFD industry, ideally within liquidity, Prime-of-Prime, brokerage or a closely related business.
• An established network and reputation within the institutional trading industry.
• A strong commercial track record, with experience growing revenue, volumes, institutional relationships or a business line.
• Solid understanding of how FX/CFD brokerage businesses operate, including liquidity, execution, pricing and client flow.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with institutional clients.
• Ability to combine commercial decision-making with an understanding of trading and risk.
• Confidence representing a company externally at industry events, meetings, panels and interviews.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential clients, pricing and flow information.
• Current residence in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in dealing, trading, liquidity or brokerage risk.
• Previous experience leading or building a commercial/sales team.
• Experience owning P&L or the commercial performance of a business line.
• Existing relationships with brokers, prop firms, hedge funds and other institutional trading businesses.
• CySEC Advanced certification.
