Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the financial operations and financial management of the clinic.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
Oversee accounting activities, payments, collections, and account reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and management accounts.
Work closely with the clinic’s external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors on all financial, accounting, tax, VAT, and statutory matters.
Ensure compliance with Cyprus accounting, VAT, and tax requirements.
Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, profitability improvement, and sustainable financial growth.
Provide financial guidance and support for the clinic’s strategic planning and business development.

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a senior or managerial position.
Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, or clinical sector will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, and Cyprus tax legislation.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
ACCA/ACA/CPA qualification or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
