Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for its offices in Paphos, an experienced:

Chief Interior Designer

Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage the Interior Design Team

·         Define project requirements for projects as well as individual units, design concept and proposals,               and schedule execution

·         Research materials, interior trends and products sourcing e.g. material finishes, tiles, kitchens,                       wardrobe, sanitaryware, lighting, window dressing, decoration etc.

·         Prepare presentations including interior design concepts, finishes & furniture proposals

·         Estimate material requirements and costs, and present designs for approval

 

 Requirements

·         Degree in Interior Design or similar

·         Proven experience with a portfolio to demonstrate works

·         Ability to manage projects

·         Ability to manage the team

·         Demonstrate an understanding of colour, materials, texture coordination

·         Experience of client consultations

·         Experience with interior materials selection

·         Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs

·         Communication skills

·         Presentation skills

·         English language
