The company

On behalf of our client a Family Office based in Larnaca, we are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Chief Lifestyle Officer to coordinate and support the lifestyle and well-being management of the Family.  This role is operationally critical and requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, problem solving, agility, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lifestyle and Well-Being Management

  • Organization and coordination of exclusive activities, including private events, travel, wellness programs, and concierge services.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for luxury service providers, personal stylists, wellness consultants, and premium brands.
  • Managing the family’s memberships in private clubs, concierge programs, and VIP services, ensuring timely renewals and access to exclusive privileges.

2. Health and Wellness Programs

  • Coordination of medical services, including access to top clinics, personal physicians, and preventive medicine specialists.
  • Organization of personalized healthy-lifestyle programs, including nutrition, fitness, mental health, and restorative practices.
  • Managing access to premium wellness centers, spa treatments, and exclusive retreats.
  • Liaising with personal trainers, nutritionists, and health experts to develop individualized programs.

3. Household and Property Management

  • Overseeing daily operations across multiple residences, ensuring a high level of service and efficient household management.
  • Managing staff, contractors, and service providers to maintain the highest standards of quality of life.
  • Organizing procurement and maintaining inventories of luxury goods, household essentials, and personal preferences.

4. Travel and Hospitality Coordination

  • Planning and coordinating customized travel, including private aviation, yacht charters, and five-star accommodations.
  • Managing all aspects of travel logistics, from visa arrangements to local assistance on-site.
  • Maintaining detailed records of family travel preferences and ensuring flawless execution of itineraries.

5. Event Planning and Social Coordination

  • Planning and hosting high-level events, private celebrations, and social gatherings according to the family’s wishes.
  • Liaising with leading event planners, catering companies, and entertainment industry professionals to create unique experiences.
  • Managing guest lists, invitations, and protocols for family events.

7. Financial Oversight and Budget Support

  • Managing the household budget and expenses, ensuring financial transparency and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with financial advisors and accountants regarding lifestyle-related expenditures.
  • Monitoring the servicing of luxury assets, insurance policies, and acquisition of valuable items.

8. Risk Management and Confidentiality

  • Ensuring the highest level of discretion and privacy in all lifestyle-related services.
  • Coordinating with security teams to assess risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Managing emergency situations related to travel, health, and safety.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or UHNW Family Office environments.
  • Extensive network within premium travel, event planning, and luxury service sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism in all circumstances.
  • Proactive mindset, innate leadership, and ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented approach, ability to work to high standards and handle tasks with initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent requests while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English – Ukrainian (will be a great plus).

 

Location: 

The position is for their premises in Larnaca Cyprus

Remuneration:

A gross monthly salary in the range of €6000-€7000 (X12) and other attractive benefits are included in the remuneration package which will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.
