A growing group of companies operating in the real estate, hospitality, and restaurant sectors is seeking an organized, responsible, and motivated individual to support the daily administrative and operational coordination of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and timely project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor real estate development projects, ensuring high standards and deadlines are met.
• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and propose actionable improvements.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet company objectives.
• Assist with ad hoc projects within affiliated businesses, including hotel and F&B operations, as well as international activities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite. Candidates without advanced Excel skills will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRMs (experience with Qobrix is a plus).
