Job Description

Prospecta Development Ltd, an established property development company based in Paphos, known for its high-quality residential developments, attention to design and commitment to exceptional client experience, is seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join our team.

General Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Very good computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in quality control, site inspections and construction supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising and monitoring the progress of construction works on-site in accordance with project schedules.
• Conducting on-site inspections and supervising construction works.
• Ensuring construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and the company's quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with site health and safety instructions and regulations.
• Coordinating and collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, designers, site supervisors and construction workers.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues arising during construction.
• Carrying out quantity measurements.
