Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The civil engineer will perform site visits and inspections, liaise with contractors and sub-contractors, perform costings, meet/solve client requirements and report to management.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services for construction projects.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination between all involved parties.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project delivery.
• Prepare and review reports, documentation, and contracts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required.

·         Proven work experience in procurement and site inspections is mandatory.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

·         Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills).

·         Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

·         Knowledge and use of internet are required.
