Job Description

F.G. Fotiou Developers & Construction Ltd, an established property development and construction company in Limassol, is seeking an Experienced Civil Engineer to join our team.

Our company is actively involved in the development, construction and sale of residential properties, including apartment buildings and residential developments across Cyprus.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer who can take an active role in our projects, from the development and planning stage through construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of residential construction projects
• Monitoring construction progress, quality, costs and project timelines
• Coordination with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Organisation and supervision of site teams and subcontractors
• Reviewing architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Quantity measurements and verification of completed works
• Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues
• Ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Assisting with project planning, budgeting, procurement and cost control
• Monitoring projects through to completion and handover
• Regular reporting to company management

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in residential development and construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site/project management
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple construction activities
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant engineering software
• Valid driving licence
