Duties and responsibilities:

• Cleaning of the common areas of the complex
• Adherence to the program of the person responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness
• Maintain cleaning materials and inform the manager to replenish stocks when necessary
• Update on any necessary materials needed and report any visible damage observed in the complex

Requirements:

• Experience required in cleaning buildings/apartments, but training can be provided
