Qualitas Property Partners Ltd is an established property management company providing professional services across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments in Ireland and Cyprus.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning communal areas at various developments and will travel between different sites during the working day.\

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the communal areas of residential and commercial developments.
• Follow the cleaning schedule provided by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
• Monitor cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when stocks need replenishing.
• Report any required materials, maintenance issues or visible damage identified while on site.
• Travel between assigned sites as required.

Essential Requirements

• A valid driving license.
• Access to your own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel between different sites.
• Previous experience cleaning buildings, apartments or communal areas is preferred; however, training can be provided.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail.

Fuel can be provided for work-related travel between assigned sites.
