What are we looking for and what will you do at Darwinex?
As a Client Support Specialist (CST), your role is to act as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients, ensuring a high-quality support experience while helping them understand and navigate the Darwinex ecosystem. You will combine client support, operational coordination, and product knowledge to deliver efficient and accurate solutions. Here are some of the daily responsibilities you’ll engage in:
• Providing timely and professional support to clients via email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a high level of courtesy in every interaction.
• Resolving client queries related to the platform, trading conditions, DARWINs and all Darwinex related products, adapting explanations to different levels of client expertise.
• Managing and prioritising incoming requests, with special attention to urgent matters affecting trading accounts, platform access, or client funds.
• Monitoring, following up, and owning client issues end-to-end to ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution.
• Coordinating with internal teams when needed, ensuring smooth escalation and communication without losing ownership of the client experience.
• Reviewing and processing client documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed on the status of their requests at all times.
• Contributing to internal knowledge base improvements and identifying recurring issues to enhance processes and client experience.
• Supporting client onboarding and helping new users understand how to get started within the Darwinex ecosystem.
Minimum requirements
• 3–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Essential: Very high level of English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proactive communication and friendliness.
• Passion for learning and acquiring new knowledge about product and service evolution.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
• Experience in the financial sector, ideally in a support/sales team.
Desirable
• Highly desirable proficiency in a third language: French, Italian, German, or other.
• Highly desirable knowledge of trading and financial products (CFDs, forex, commodities, indices, stocks, futures, ETFs, etc.). Knowledge of trading platforms: MetaTrader, TWS, etc.
• Qualification or certificate to provide financial advice to clients (EFA or similar).
• Basic/intermediate level of HubSpot or similar CRM, Confluence, JIRA.
• Handling AI tools (Claude, Gemini...)
• CySEC Advanced Certificate
