We are looking for a professional, confident and friendly Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.
Your role will include:
✨ Welcoming and assisting patients
✨ Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
✨ Communicating with patients and providing information about our services
✨ Coordinating the daily reception and clinic activities
✨ Supporting the clinic team with administrative tasks
✨ Ensuring a smooth and excellent patient experience
We are looking for someone who is:
✔️ Fluent in Greek & English
✔️ Confident and professional in communication
✔️ Friendly, well-presented and approachable
✔️ Highly organised with attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable using computers and office systems
✔️ Customer-service oriented and able to work as part of a team
✔️ Previous experience in reception, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
