About ENGINO

ENGINO is a Cyprus-based international company developing innovative construction toys, STEM education products, robotics, school innovation laboratories and manufacturing solutions. Exporting to more than 50 countries, ENGINO is seeking a hands-on commercial leader to accelerate international sales and build a high-performing commercial department.

The opportunity

The manager will be responsible for international growth across ENGINO’s five strategic business pillars:

1. Toy Retail & Distribution — Develop international retailers, distributors, key accounts and retail partnerships for ENGINO construction toys.

2. Educational Sales — Expand STEM, robotics and educational product sales through international distributors, schools and education partners.

3. School Innovation Labs — Develop turnkey STEM, robotics, AI and makerspace laboratory projects for schools and institutions.

4. Educational Franchising & Partnerships — Grow educational franchise opportunities and international programme partnerships.

5. OEM Manufacturing — Secure B2B manufacturing, private-label and product-development partnerships leveraging ENGINO’s engineering and factory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

·         Personally develop export markets, distributors, key accounts and strategic B2B partnerships, delivering measurable sales results.

·         Build and lead the commercial department, including sales administration, CRM, customer service, order processing and export logistics coordination.

·         Strategically supervise marketing and advertising, particularly ENGINO’s own e-commerce channels, Amazon marketplaces and digital customer acquisition.

·         Coordinate international exhibitions, customer visits and commercial campaigns.

·         Set commercial budgets, forecasts, sales pipelines and KPIs, working closely with the CEO and operational teams to improve profitability.

Mandatory eligibility requirements

·         At least 10 years of proven international export sales experience, including direct development of overseas markets, distributors and B2B customers.

·         At least 3 years of sales or commercial management experience, including leadership and responsibility for commercial performance.

·         Evidence of measurable international sales achievements; excellent English, strong negotiation skills and willingness to travel internationally.

Additional advantages

Experience in toy sales, educational products and international distribution networks is a significant advantage. Familiarity with e-commerce, Amazon, CRM systems, manufacturing or technical products is desirable. Remuneration and progression

Gross annual salary of €45,000–€65,000, depending on experience and achievements; annual KPI bonus of up to 20%; and an additional growth incentive rewarding exceptional profitable business development. The role reports directly to the CEO and offers potential progression into broader executive leadership responsibilities, subject to performance and organisational needs.
