We provide regulatory compliance, internal audit, advisory and professional training services, delivering practical and implementation-focused solutions across financial regulation and related supervisory expectations.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and dependable early-career professional who wishes to gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit and advisory engagements.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, support client projects and progressively assume responsibility for specific workstreams and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Support regulatory compliance, advisory and internal audit engagements. Conduct research and assist with regulatory and risk assessments. Prepare high-quality reports, trackers, presentations and other client deliverables. Assist in the preparation of professional training materials. Coordinate with team members and clients to support the timely completion of projects. Maintain appropriate standards of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality. Perform any other duties that may reasonably be assigned by the Company.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
University degree recognised in the Republic of Cyprus in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or another relevant field. One to three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, consulting or within a regulated financial institution. Recent university graduates with relevant internship or practical experience may also be considered. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and professional writing skills. Reliability, confidentiality, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
CySEC Basic, Advanced and/or AML Certification will be considered an advantage. ACA, ACCA or another relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
