Ensure company’s compliance with AML rules and regulations
Conduct ongoing client review and due diligence
Conduct annual client review for entities/individuals
Ensure that KYC/Due diligence information/documentation fall within the company requirements and are updated
Update of the company’s AML Procedures and Manual, when necessary
Perform client’s negative database screening through software and resolve/investigate the possible hits
Perform analytical risk assessment for clients/agents
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Other duties relevant to the role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Law or in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Strong knowledge of European AML regulations framework and local requirement.
Working knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the betting industry in Cyprus, including the directives and requirements of the National Betting Authority of Cyprus, will be considered a strong advantage.
Friendly and polite personality.
Ability to manage time and workload, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
CySec AML Certification will be considered an advantage.
