Job Description

Κύρια Καθήκοντα:

• Προγραμματισμός και προετοιμασία εβδομαδιαίου μενού για το μεσημεριανό γεύμα.
• Μαγείρεμα και σερβίρισμα καθημερινού μεσημεριανού γεύματος σε μπουφέ.
• Καθαρισμός του εξοπλισμού της κουζίνας που χρησιμοποιείται κατά την προετοιμασία του φαγητού.
• Προετοιμασία λίστας με τα απαραίτητα υλικά. Η εταιρεία θα αναλαμβάνει την αγορά των προϊόντων εγκαίρως.
• Διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων υγιεινής στην κουζίνα και αυστηρή τήρηση των πρωτοκόλλων ασφάλειας τροφίμων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Μάγειρας, Sous Chef ή σε παρόμοιο ρόλο σε επαγγελματική κουζίνα.
• Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής ή/και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

We are looking for a Cook to join our team.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare the weekly lunch menu in advance.
• Cook and serve a buffet lunch for our staff daily.
• Clean the kitchen equipment used during food preparation.
• Prepare a list of required ingredients; the company will handle all purchasing.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and follow food safety protocols.

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as a Cook, Sous Chef, or in a similar professional kitchen role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English and/or Greek.
