JOB TITLE: COOK A – SOUS CHEF

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Position Type: Full Time

Working hours 8:00- 17:00 from Monday until Friday

Salary: €1,700 – €2,000

About us:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cook A - Sous Chef to help lead our culinary operations and elevate our menu offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Lead daily prep work, run the line during peak lunch hours, and ensure every dish meets quality and presentation standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate prep cooks and kitchen staff during the shift.
• Inventory & Ordering: Check stock levels, manage daily food prep lists, and coordinate supplier deliveries upon arrival.
• Safety: Ensure strict compliance and kitchen sanitation rules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Chef A or Sous Chef
• Culinary Background: Culinary arts diploma or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• Reliability and skills

What We Offer
