Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support basic food preparation for assigned stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow recipes, instructions, and presentation standards under supervision.
- Follow food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn from senior chefs and develop technical expertise.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (training provided if needed).
- Culinary training or certification will be considered an advantage.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and readiness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Permit / EU applicants only.
