Job and Duties Description:

• Prepare food items according to instructions from the kitchen management team and established recipes.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service at all times.
• Receive, check, and properly store ingredients and supplies as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work station in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report any equipment issues, shortages, or operational deficiencies to the kitchen supervisory team.
• Support and guide junior team members when required.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar cook/chef role within a professional kitchen.
• Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, food handling, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.
