What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Solid HACCP and food-safety knowledge
- Valid Cyprus Food Handler Health Certificate
- Excellent organisation and time-management
- Reliability, responsibility, and pride in your craft
What You’ll Do
- Execute all dishes according to approved recipes, portions, and presentation
- Ensure consistency in taste, speed, and quality
- Manage and execute daily and weekly prep workflows
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and HACCP standards
- Manage stock, rotation (FIFO), and ordering needs
- Check deliveries and report any quality issues
- Minimise waste through correct portioning and labelling
- Coordinate smoothly with the service team
- Model professional conduct and ensure calm, respectful communication
