Deliver Outstanding Culinary Experiences.

 

Radisson Beach Resort is looking for an experienced Cook A to join our Kitchen Team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in à la carte service and the hot kitchen, producing high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury 5-star resort.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook à la carte dishes and hot kitchen menu items according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Organize and maintain the assigned kitchen section.
• Support daily mise en place and service operations.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock control and minimize food waste.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Cook A (Chef de Partie) or similar position in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of à la carte service and hot kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
