Job Description
Deliver Outstanding Culinary Experiences.
Radisson Beach Resort is looking for an experienced Cook A to join our Kitchen Team. The successful candidate will have strong experience in à la carte service and the hot kitchen, producing high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury 5-star resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook à la carte dishes and hot kitchen menu items according to hotel recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Organize and maintain the assigned kitchen section.
- Support daily mise en place and service operations.
- Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock control and minimize food waste.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Cook A (Chef de Partie) or similar position in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of à la carte service and hot kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
