Job Description
Sunnyseeker Hotels is looking to hire Cooks for the Boutique Hotel Indigo in Larnaca.
Responsibilities
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned
- Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Follows health and safety procedures and ISO 22000 standards
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
- Assess quality control and adhere to hotels service standards
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
Requirements
- Work experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant for at least 2 years
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business
- EU citizen / EU work permit holder
