Job Description

Sunnyseeker Hotels is looking to hire Cooks for the Boutique Hotel Indigo in Larnaca.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned
• Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Follows health and safety procedures and ISO 22000 standards
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Assess quality control and adhere to hotels service standards
• Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils

Requirements

• Work experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant for at least 2 years
• Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business
• EU citizen / EU work permit holder
