Cook at Nicks Coffee Bike (Larnaca)

Nicks Coffee Bike is a speciality coffee shop in Larnaca, and we are now bringing brunch to the neighbourhood. Our new menu has been designed by Chef Kyriakos Fokou, one of the most celebrated restaurants on the island, and we are looking for a Cook to bring it to life. This is a rare chance to join at the very start, get inspired working alongside a renowned chef, and help build a brand from day one. All-year-round employment, not just the summer season.

What you will be doing:

• Learning our brunch menu and cooking every dish with passion and consistency
• Preparing recipes developed with Chef Kyriakos and keeping them true to his standard
• Working fast during busy service without losing quality
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, respecting and implementing our HACCP guidelines
• Keeping stock organised and correctly labelled, and notifying the team when levels run low

Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in Cyprus
• Previous kitchen experience is preferable and will be considered an advantage
• Ability to learn, work in a team and stay calm under pressure

Μάγειρας/Μαγείρισσα στο Nicks Coffee Bike (Λάρνακα)

Το Nicks Coffee Bike είναι ένα specialty coffee shop στη Λάρνακα και τώρα φέρνουμε το brunch στη γειτονιά. Το νέο μας μενού σχεδιάστηκε από τον Σεφ Κυριάκο Φώκου, ένα από τα πιο φημισμένα εστιατόρια του νησιού, και αναζητούμε Μάγειρα/Μαγείρισσα που θα το ζωντανέψει. Είναι μια σπάνια ευκαιρία να μπεις στην ομάδα από την αρχή, να εμπνευστείς δουλεύοντας δίπλα σε έναν καταξιωμένο σεφ και να βοηθήσεις να χτίσουμε το brand από την πρώτη μέρα. Εργασία όλο τον χρόνο, όχι μόνο για την καλοκαιρινή σεζόν!

Τι θα κάνεις:

• Θα μάθεις το μενού brunch και θα μαγειρεύεις κάθε πιάτο με πάθος και συνέπεια
• Θα ετοιμάζεις συνταγές που αναπτύχθηκαν με τον Σεφ Κυριάκο, με σεβασμό στα πρότυπά του
• Θα δουλεύεις γρήγορα στις ώρες αιχμής χωρίς να χάνεται η ποιότητα
• Θα διατηρείς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη, τηρώντας και εφαρμόζοντας τις οδηγίες HACCP
• Θα κρατάς το στοκ οργανωμένο και σωστά επισημασμένο και θα ενημερώνεις την ομάδα όταν τα αποθέματα είναι χαμηλά

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• Ικανότητα μάθησης, ομαδικότητα και ψυχραιμία υπό πίεση
