We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Cyprus companies, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations while providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Cyprus companies and other legal entities.
- Prepare and maintain statutory corporate records and registers.
- Incorporate Cyprus companies and coordinate all post-incorporation procedures.
- Prepare board minutes, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, share transfer documentation, and other corporate documents.
- File statutory forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers.
- Coordinate annual compliance requirements, including annual returns and corporate changes.
- Assist with opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical client files.
- Support KYC, AML, and client due diligence procedures in accordance with Cyprus legislation.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of all corporate obligations.
- Assist lawyers and management with corporate transactions and restructurings.
- Perform general corporate administration and office support duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in corporate administration within a law firm, corporate services provider, accounting firm, or fiduciary services company.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus company law and corporate procedures.
- Familiarity with Cyprus AML and KYC requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with corporate administration software will be considered an advantage.
- Professional attitude with excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
