As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for providing corporate administrative services related to the Registrar of Companies and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. You will assist managers and employees with a variety of organizational, administrative, and communication-related tasks. You will communicate with clients and other parties via phone and email, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately, professionally, to a high standard, and within the required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit companies' Annual Returns (HE32) to the Registrar of Companies.
- Prepare and submit various company changes and applications to the Registrar of Companies.
- Handle submissions and updates relating to companies' Beneficial Owners.
- Maintain accurate records and an organized filing system.
- Update, maintain, and handle clients' KYC files and documentation.
- Perform office management and general administrative duties.
- Prepare letters and various corporate and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with other departments of the firm, clients, and the management team.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars.
- Liaise with corporate clients and maintain strong and professional client relationships.
Requirements
- College or University degree. A relevant degree will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge or previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a professional service, legal, fiduciary, or corporate services firm.
- Fluency in English and Greek is essential. Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in handling cases with the Migration Department will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
