NomusCapital Corporate Services Ltd, a licensed Administrative Service Provider company regulated by CySEC, is part of an alternative investments’ platform providing solutions to professional investor groups seeking efficient ways and structures to hold and manage their international investments. Nomuscapital is looking to strengthen its Family Offices and Institutional Investor Teams with junior and middle level people, with experience in Corporate Services for Investment Groups.
As a member of our Teams you will be servicing and dealing with all aspects of managing the Investment SPVs created for Family Office and Institutional Investor clients. These include the coordination with the client’s legal and finance teams to determine the appropriate jurisdiction for the SPVs, dealing with the determination of the shareholding capital table and co-investors, coordinating the KYC and compliance checks for the key shareholders to satisfy Nomuscapital’ s and other counterparties’ procedures, liaising with the target company’s legal team to ensure the investment is secured and structured correctly, preparing and sending investment update reports, and ensuring the client’s SPVs are maintained in compliance with all requirements and obligations (including accounting, audit, tax and other reports). The candidates will be key members of the service teams, accumulating valuable service and client relationship experience, as well as learning to navigate complex corporate finance transactions to reach successful outcomes for the clients. Furthermore, the team that candidates will be part of will connect and liaise frequently with the Firm’s business partners and associates (Banks, EMIs, Accountants, Auditors, Tax Advisors and Investment Advisors) to achieve the clients’ desired outcomes.
Qualifications/Skills
3 years’ experience in Corporate Services Providers, Family Offices, Private Banking, Law Firms or Private Equity/Venture Capital Firms required.
Excellent analytical and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages
Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the Investment aspects and needs of Family Offices and Institutional Investors would be an added skill the Firm would be interested in.
