INEX is a real estate development group delivering residential and commercial projects across Cyprus. We manage the full project lifecycle — from land acquisition to construction and delivery.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a Cost Manager / Financial Analyst to support cost control and financial performance across our construction projects.

This is a hands-on role focused on budgets, reporting, and working closely with project teams on active sites.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Costs & Budgeting control in construction
• Analysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process
• Communicating with stakeholders
  
  Requirements and Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in cost control / finance / analytics
• Strong Excel skills
• Good attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Russian — required
• English — B2+
• Experience in construction is a plus
