Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the specified timeframes
- Ensure the safe handling and secure transport of packages
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and represent the company professionally
- Utilize navigation tools and follow specified routes to optimize delivery efficiency
- Communicate with the operations team regarding any delivery challenges or issues
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying packages of various sizes and weights
- Familiarity with local roads and areas for efficient navigation
- Previous experience in delivery or courier services is an advantage
