The Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Cyprus team.
This is a design-led role for someone who thrives on visual storytelling, from social content and newsletters to lookbooks, catalogs and campaign assets. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands come to life visually across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and Sales Advisors, translating commercial direction into elevated, fashion-forward creative. Additionally, you will support event coordination, campaign logistics, PR/sample deliveries and the day-to-day operational aspects of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Creative & Design (Core Focus)
- Design high-quality newsletters, social media assets, digital & print campaigns
- Create lookbooks, catalogs and report presentations
- Co-develop and execute visual concepts for seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand communications
- Adapt and elevate brand identities across multiple fashion brands
- Develop branding and packaging designs for campaigns and product launches
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign rollouts
- Work alongside the Sales Advisors Team to support commercial priorities
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and launches
- Assist with campaign logistics and internal design asset management
- Assist in planning and executing events, brand activations and launches
Digital & Trend Awareness
- Design for Instagram, TikTok and digital platforms
- Stay up to date with fashion, design and content trends
- Support content creation with basic motion/video editing
Requirements
- University degree in Graphic or Art Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, packaging and branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Canva and basic video editing
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography and layout
- Highly organized with attention to detail
Design Tools & Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- Figma or similar design tools
- Canva (for fast-paced content production)
- Basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)
- Understanding of email design platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
