Job Description

The Crew Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring that all new and existing employees receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and consistent support, in line with company standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training to new employees through hands-on, on-the-job instruction and classroom-style sessions.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Monitor and document training progress, ensuring completion of all required training modules.
• Identify development needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
• Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and training resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops, sharing best practices and operational knowledge.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company standards, including food safety, customer service, and employee conduct policies.
• Support daily restaurant operations as required and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry is required.
• Prior experience as a Burger King employee will be considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead by example.
• Good understanding of food safety, customer service, and restaurant operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
