About the Role

WiseWorld Analytics Ltd is looking for motivated individual to join our team as CRM Trainee on a part-time, weekend basis. This role is ideal for students or entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Assign customers accurately and within strict timeframes
• Monitor Customer Supports’ activity and performance
• Prepare and deliver reports
• Support the Customer Support team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Ensure smooth coordination and workflow during working hours

 

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

 

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Educational background not required
• Ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time work

 

Additional Information

• Salary: €800–€1000 gross monthly(depending on experience)
• Weekend-only position

 

Working Hours:
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–18:00 (1 hour break)

 

Full Training will be provided.
