About the Role
WiseWorld Analytics Ltd is looking for motivated individual to join our team as CRM Trainee on a part-time, weekend basis. This role is ideal for students or entry-level candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assign customers accurately and within strict timeframes
- Monitor Customer Supports’ activity and performance
- Prepare and deliver reports
- Support the Customer Support team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Ensure smooth coordination and workflow during working hours
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Additional Information
- Salary: €800–€1000 gross monthly(depending on experience)
- Weekend-only position
Working Hours:
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–18:00 (1 hour break)
Full Training will be provided.
