Europcar Cyprus is a member of ASG (Andy Spyrou Group), the No.1 fleet owner in Cyprus and a leading group in car rental through Europcar and Goldcar, car leasing through ASG Leasing, car sales through ASG Cars, and car sharing through RideNow.

 

We are looking for friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Care Agent to join our car rental team in Limassol branch. If you enjoy working with people and delivering excellent service, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-in / check-out procedures (training provided)
• Preparation and inspection of company vehicles
• Identification and reporting of fleet maintenance issues
• Vehicle delivery and collection at hotels and agreed locations
• Providing a high-quality service to customers
• Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Adapting to the operational needs of the business

 

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (car rental is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Honest, well-presented, and customer-focused
