Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Handle freight bookings
- Monitoring and update status of shipment to the customers, addressing any issues that may arise
- Effectively managing assigned customer account
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing professional support
Key Skills/Experience
- 1+ years experience in customer service position
- Ability to communicate confidently in English and in Greek, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong organizational & communication skills
