On behalf of our client, a fully regulated investment firm, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Swedish & Norwegian Speaker) to join their growing team in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to clients via email, telephone, and other communication channels.
• Guide clients through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and explain the required documentation.
• Collect, review, and manage client documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the AML and Compliance departments during client onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Liaise with the AML, Brokerage, and Back Office teams to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both Swedish and Norwegian is essential, along with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment.

Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Relations.
• Experience within the financial services, fintech, banking, or investment industry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service management systems.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, or client onboarding procedures.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 11:00 – 20:00
Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
