On behalf of our client, a fully regulated investment firm, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent (Swedish & Norwegian Speaker) to join their growing team in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to clients via email, telephone, and other communication channels.
- Guide clients through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and explain the required documentation.
- Collect, review, and manage client documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the AML and Compliance departments during client onboarding and due diligence processes.
- Liaise with the AML, Brokerage, and Back Office teams to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in both Swedish and Norwegian is essential, along with excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment.
Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Relations.
- Experience within the financial services, fintech, banking, or investment industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service management systems.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, or client onboarding procedures.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 – 20:00
Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
