Job Description

At Adsterra we are engaged in online advertising, and our main project is the support and development of an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.

We work with all the popular ad formats: popunders, in-page push, native and banners. Our partners include direct advertisers, webmasters, affiliate programmes, networks and affiliates.

Currently we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Advertisers team on day shifts, based in Cyprus.

Schedule: 2/2, twelve-hour shifts from 10:00 to 22:00 (GMT+3). Fully remote work is possible.

What you will do

Communicate with clients from all over the world, answering their questions via live chat (Intercom), Teams, Telegram, and other communication channels;
Troubleshoot common and unusual online advertising issues;
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Participate in extensive training. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services, so we invest heavily in employee development.

What we are looking for

Right to live and work in Cyprus;
Spoken and written English at B2 or above;
Resilience, a friendly attitude, and strong communication skills;
Willingness to handle repetitive tasks;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Relevant experience in client service, hospitality, or technical support;
Familiarity with ticketing systems;
Understanding of advertising formats (popunder, in-page push, native, and banner ads).
