What will you be doing?
The Customer Service Representative role at Primetel Shops can be challenging. Here’s what you will be doing:
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Promoting and selling Primetel products and services.
- Processing sales and completing all related documentation.
- Assisting customers with billing, account, and service-related enquiries.
- Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys helping customers and providing friendly service.
- Has previous customer service experience, ideally in retail or hospitality.
- Is comfortable with sales and working in a commission-based environment.
- Has an interest in technology, mobile phones and the internet.
- Can work flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work 38 hours per week and receive your schedule in advance.
- Is fluent in Greek and English.
