Job Description

Main roles and responsibilities:

•  Develop financial models for businesses across a range of sectors

•  Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business plans

•  Perform valuations of businesses, assets and financial instruments

•  Conduct due diligence exercises in relation to potential transactions

•  Prepare client deliverables and present findings to clients, investors and financiers

• Assist in the preparation of teasers and information memoranda to support sale mandates

• Contribute to market studies and research activities

• Participate in business development initiatives, including the preparation of client proposals

•  Provide guidance and support to junior team members

• Assist the TRI function with turnaround, restructuring and insolvency services

Candidate Profile

• Relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; a master's degree will be considered an advantage
• A professional qualification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be considered an advantage
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in both Greek and English
