Deals Advisory & Transactions Executive
Job Description
Main roles and responsibilities:
Develop financial models for businesses across a range of sectors
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business plans
Perform valuations of businesses, assets and financial instruments
Conduct due diligence exercises in relation to potential transactions
Prepare client deliverables and present findings to clients, investors and financiers
Assist in the preparation of teasers and information memoranda to support sale mandates
Contribute to market studies and research activities
Participate in business development initiatives, including the preparation of client proposals
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Assist the TRI function with turnaround, restructuring and insolvency services
Candidate Profile
- Relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; a master's degree will be considered an advantage
- A professional qualification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be considered an advantage
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Greek and English
