ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Consultant to be the critical bridge between our technical teams and our hospitality clients. You will work closely with hotels, resorts and service-driven businesses to implement and optimise Dot.Cy’s Dynamics 365-based platform, ensuring every interaction leads to better performance and better guest outcomes.

You will bring both technical know-how and business acumen, guiding clients through configuration, best practice and digital transformation. You will also work in an AI-assisted delivery model, using Claude and related tooling to raise the speed and quality of everything we hand to a client.

This role sits at the front line of an AI-assisted delivery model. Dot.Cy consultants work with Claude to deliver faster and to a higher standard, with consultant judgement and review behind everything a client receives — so fluency with AI tooling is a core requirement of this role, not an optional extra.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery

• Drive Dynamics 365 project implementations in the hospitality industry in the role of Techno-Functional Business Consultant.
• Conduct workshops, gather and document business requirements, define business process flows, and translate needs into functional specifications and proofs of concept.
• Present solution designs and project deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and sign-off.
• Customise and configure the Dynamics 365 platform and integrate third-party tools using Dot.Cy frameworks and internal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client-side stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project milestones.
• Support project coordination for small to mid-size engagements, providing structured updates, risk flags and progress reporting.
• Guide development teams with accurate business requirements and conduct functional testing to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Prepare training and testing plans and assist with client onboarding and user enablement.

AI-assisted Delivery

• Deliver within Dot.Cy’s AI-assisted delivery model, working with Claude to raise the pace and quality of your work — with consultant expertise and review behind every client deliverable.
• Uphold Dot.Cy’s data protection and confidentiality standards in all use of AI tools, safeguarding guest and client data at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Academic

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline.

Professional & Technical

• Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 solutions in a techno-functional role will be much appreciated.
• AI adoption. Demonstrable hands-on experience adopting AI assistants in a professional delivery, consulting or business-analysis context — Claude (Anthropic) preferred, or comparable large language model tooling.
• Practical fluency. Working knowledge of effective prompting, and confidence using an AI assistant across the consulting lifecycle.
• Sound judgement. Awareness of the limits and risks of AI — hallucination, confidentiality, GDPR and client data-handling policy — and the habit of verifying AI-generated output before it is used.

Key skills & attributes

• Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering and translating business needs into functional designs.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations — front office, food and beverage, spa, revenue or guest experience — will be much appreciated.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Solid documentation skills, including the ability to prepare functional specifications, training materials and testing plans.
• Comfortable presenting deliverables and facilitating client discussions and workshops.
• Self-driven, organised, strong attention to detail, and able to manage tasks across multiple client projects.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining AI agents, custom skills, connectors or automated workflows.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Keen to learn new technologies.
• Good command of the Greek and English language, in verbal and written form.
