CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Designer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Digital Designer, you will primarily be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality campaigns across a range of platforms and assets for websites, strengthening brand identity. As a Digital Designer you will be working closely with the designers, marketers, copywriters, and project management teams keeping clear visibility on timelines and project statuses. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Graphic Design, or a related Applied Arts field, and who possess approximately 4+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio. Hands-on experience using Bannerflow, Creatopy, or similar platforms is essential, along with an excellent command of English both verbal and written. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and present ideas to the team.
• Design and produce animated and static assets for digital campaigns (web, CRM, Social).
• Create website banners, landing page assets and promotional graphics.
• Deliver print materials, including merchandise and direct mail.
• Design content for social-first formats (video, reels, short-form).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver campaign assets.
• Present work internally when needed.
• Communicate effectively with project teams on timelines and progress.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand and marketing guidelines.
• Support production of digital, OOH and social media promotional materials.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 
• 4+ years’ experience in producing digital creative including static and animated banners, social media content, and website assets.
• Experience working within a fast-paced design studio environment.
• A strong and varied portfolio showcasing digital advertising work across multiple formats is essential.
• Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking. 
• Demonstrates strong visual ideation skills.
