Avocadots is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and help turn business objectives into clear, effective marketing actions.
This is not simply a coordination role. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage client relationships, contribute to marketing direction, coordinate campaigns and creative work, understand performance, and proactively recommend what clients should do next.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients.
Lead client communication, meetings, follow-ups and approvals.
Develop content plans, campaign ideas and marketing recommendations.
Translate client objectives into clear briefs for Design, Video, PPC and Web teams.
Coordinate feedback, revisions, timelines and deliverables.
Review marketing performance and turn results into clear next actions.
Proactively identify opportunities and improvements..
Challenge briefs constructively when another approach would better support the objective.
Monitor account health, client satisfaction and potential risks.
Identify opportunities across Paid Media, Web and Branding
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects.
Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Experience with content calendars, campaign planning and creative briefing.
Ability to understand marketing performance and reporting.
Strong organisation, ownership and follow-through.
Ability to work across creative, PPC and web teams.
Agency experience strongly preferred.
