About the Organization
Fitides Quality Pitta Bread is one of the leading pitta bread production companies in Cyprus, supplying both the local and international markets. As part of our ongoing growth and modernisation strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated Distributor – Area Supervisor to support the distribution team in improving the customer service experience, in line with the Organisation's standards and official procedures, to ensure the highest possible quality of customer service. The role carries responsibility for a distribution area (district) and will lead the team of distributors serving that specific area.

Position Overview
The Distributor will be responsible for executing a specific assigned delivery route and improving the Organisation's customer experience through:

• Accuracy and consistency in delivering ordered products
• Appropriately responding to the need to adjust deliveries when deemed necessary and is feasible
• Checking the receipt and delivery of orders

Main Responsibilities

• Executing a specific assigned delivery route
• Collecting corresponding payments
• Adhering to company procedures (working hours, staff uniform, etc.)
• Full utilisation and effective management of resources provided by the Organisation
• Correct and timely delivery of products and placing them in the appropriate designated location
• Ensuring proper handling of products during transport
• Careful and correct driving, strictly applying the road traffic code
• Maintaining the Organisation's assets in good condition
• Overseeing the receipt and delivery of ordered products from all distributors on the team, before the start of daily distribution
• Collecting distribution data and checking consistency between orders and deliveries
• Analysing distribution data for each distributor in the area they are responsible for, with the aim of improving customer service
• Guiding the distributors on their team on ways to improve customer service
• Providing appropriate and ongoing communication regarding possible changes and delays to the delivery route, and resolving day-to-day difficulties faced by the team's distributors
• Ensuring the smooth daily operation of all delivery routes within the respective area

Requirements

Essential

• Holder of a valid driving licence for more than 5 years
• Clean criminal record
• Team spirit with a positive and reliable work attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Attention to detail, reliability and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced production environment
• Ability to analyse data and follow structured procedures
• Ability to learn how to use a handheld invoicing device (tablet)
• Ability to learn procedures and implement training precisely
• Good knowledge of Greek and/or English

Will be considered an advantage

• Previous experience in bakery product distribution or a similar environment
