Purpose of the Job
The E-Commerce Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the online business, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital platforms. The role plays a key part in product uploads, content accuracy, order coordination, and campaign execution, contributing to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency across all markets.
What you will do
- Support the daily management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring products, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date
- Assist with product uploads, descriptions, imagery, and categorisation in line with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with Buying, VM, and Marketing teams to ensure timely product launches and campaign execution
- Monitor website performance and flag issues related to product availability, navigation, or user experience
- Support the execution of online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Track and update stock availability in collaboration with Supply Chain and Retail teams
- Assist with order management, including processing, returns, and customer queries
- Ensure consistency of brand presentation and messaging across all online channels
- Support reporting on key e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation
- Good understanding of online customer journeys and digital retail environments
- Comfortable working with systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, ERP such as D365 is a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Interest in fashion, retail, and digital trends
