Job Description

Mallouppas Group is looking for a creative and tech-savvy E-Commerce Creative & Web Specialist to join the Four Day Clearance team.

The role focuses on maintaining and continuously improving the appearance, content and user experience of our e-commerce website, while ensuring that products are presented accurately, professionally and consistently.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience who combines creativity with an interest in websites, e-commerce and digital technology.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Four Day Clearance website.
• Ensure visual consistency across product pages, categories, banners and promotional content.
• Create and update website graphics, product imagery and digital content.
• Edit, retouch and optimise product images using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
• Create lifestyle and promotional product images using traditional and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Ensure online products accurately represent the actual item, including colour, design, dimensions, materials and variations.
• Identify and correct inconsistent, incorrect or low-quality product content.
• Upload and maintain products and content in WordPress / WooCommerce.
• Review and improve the website on desktop and mobile, implementing changes to layouts, navigation, product presentation and user experience.
• Build and modify pages, sections and promotional content using WordPress, WooCommerce and page-building tools such as Elementor.
• Create landing pages and promotional sections for campaigns and clearance events.
• Take product photographs when required.
• Support the creation of digital advertising, social media and other online creative material.
• Explore and implement new tools, technologies and ideas that can improve the website and digital customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Web Design & Development, Interactive Media, Graphic & Digital Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent creative software.
• Strong visual and creative skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to create and edit website pages and layouts.
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile web design.
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce and page builders such as Elementor.
• Comfortable using or learning AI creative and image-generation tools.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO.
• Photography and basic video-editing skills will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of Greek and English.

The successful candidate should have a good eye for detail and be able to recognise when a product, image or website element does not look right and take the initiative to improve it.

They should be curious, willing to learn new tools and technologies, and interested in continuously improving the online shopping experience.

A portfolio or examples of previous creative, web, multimedia or academic work are required.
