Job Description

We are looking to hire a talented Electrical Engineer to lead our Power,  Solar and Automation department. The position involves taking responsibility of all the technical matters which concern the relevant products distributed by the company in the Cyprus market. Some of the key brands are HDL, Sonoff, Airzone, Ecoflow, Sunsynk, Growatt, Canadian Solar.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide inhouse technical support and service by phone, email or in person to customers for the products concerned
• Regularly update your knowledge about the products offered by the company and the relevant technologies involved
• Provide before sales advice to B2B and professional customers and assist with the selection and planning of solutions for small and medium size projects
• Provide after sales support for products and be involved in the process of the repair and/or programming of faulty equipment in consultation with manufacturers
• Be Involved in the decision making process for the introduction of new brands and products in the company's portfolio 

Required Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or another similar field
• 5 Years Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Job Information

• Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
• Salary (based on Experience & Qualifications): € 2800 - €3500
• Provident Fund
• Yearly holidays: 22 days
